6ocRALLYSPORT GD Widebody Over Fender Kit - Subaru Impreza 04-07 WRX/STi
Give your Impreza the width and extra fender to run a larger wheel and tire combo while still using the factory OEM front and rear bumper covers. This eight piece kit is made from thermoformed ABS plastic for durability on and off the track.
We took time to design a practical Widebody kit that would incorporate many of the stock features of your existing chassis to eliminate the need to replace full body panels or require hours of body work. This kit looks great whether or not you want to mold it to the car or use rivnuts and bolts to attach it. The ABS panels are easily modified for fitment. Some trimming or adjustment will likely be necessary during the installation process.
- Modification and cutting of stock fenders is required to properly fit this kit
- Rivets provided for installation. The kit may also be installed with automotive body adhesive
- The width of the flare will vary along the wheel arch. Our tests and measurements show approximately 60mm in added width at each wheel at the widest point. For example, we are running an 18x10 et 22mm. The STI shown in the photos, is currently running these wheels with 275/35/18 Proxes R888R.
Trimming is required with this kit. We leave about a quarter inch in length on each panel that will need to be trimmed for proper fitment on your vehicle before installation.

Fit/Finish: Manufactured from thermoformed ABS plastic, so they won't easily break like fiberglass versions. The 6oc over fenders can be prepped and painted to match, so you have options. Please understand this kit is not "show car" ready nor is it intended for show cars. We built this kit to be an inexpensive option and used for track purposes. This kit can definitely be worked to be "show car" quality but would need the body work time. When we trim this kit, we leave it about 1/4 inch long so you can trim it down to your liking.
Slight variances in material and the thermoforming process are possible. We provide a semi-rough cut panel that may require additional trimming and modification to get the fitment and clearance that you desire.
We use ABS Plastics because it is ideal for the thermoforming process, is widely available, easy to modify and customize, and can be worked and painted with standard finishes such as automotive paints and vinyl wraps. Plastics are also less expensive than heavier alternatives, such as fiberglass.ABS Plastic is reactive to UV radiation and temperature. Expansion warping may occur with extended exposure to both direct and indirect sunlight, even in overcast conditions. Please keep in mind that a car’s interior will reach temps much higher than the atmospheric temp in minutes when left in the sun without ventilation. A UV protective coating, paint, or vinyl wrap should be installed to help reduce reactiveness to UV radiation. Deformation due to UV or heat exposure will not be considered a manufacturing defect.
Note: These panels are not “ready” out of the box. Some trimming may need to be done to get the fitment to your needs. These panels will need to be sanded for a smooth finish. Because this item is so large, shipping options are required and free shipping is excluded.
