ATTENTION
HARD MOTORSPORT WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING FOR LABOR COST OR ANY INCIDENTAL COST (INCLUDING DAMAGE TO OTHER PARTS) DUE TO ANY CIRCUMSTANCES WHATSOEVER. OUR LIMIT OF LIABILITY IS THE COST OF THE PRODUCT ORDERED. Labor cost is the sole responsibility of the customer. If you bring it to a mechanic, always remember that a GOOD mechanic will make sure it is the correct and a quality part before installing it. If you do not agree to this policy, simply return prior to installation.

SHIPPING
Shipping options displayed at purchase provide a range of prices to best suit your needs. These are estimates only and may not be accurate. We’ll do our best to fill your order based on your shipping preferences. International Shipping rates quoted on our website do not inlcude import duties, taxes, or other such related fees.
Due to possible delivery restrictions in your area, some options may not be offered at the courier level regardless of what the live quoting on our website may display.
We reserve the right to use the courier of our choice to best match the service requested upon purchase.
Expedited delivery options apply only to the courier service. Order processing may take 2-4 days. We do not guarentee EXACT EXPRESS delivery times, but we will do our best to get your product to you as fast as possible when expedited shipping is purchased. We will usually notify the buyer of any additional lead time needed due to delays or product availability.
Signature may be required upon delivery on orders placed with credit card payments for added transaction protection for both parties.
RETURNS POLICY
- An RMA may be requested within 10 days of item delivery date. An RMA number will be provided by your HARD Motorsport representative. Submit requests via email to sales@hardmotorsport.com Please include the order number or reply to your original order confirmation email.
- Call tags / return shipping labels will not be issued unless the product received is not the product SKU that was ordered. A return label may be requested, the cost of shipment will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Return shipments must be postmarked within 5 business days. All returns should have the RMA number clearly visible on the outside of the box or shipping label. Please send tracking information to sales@hardmotorsport.com
- Returned items must appear in NEW, resalable condition. If the returned goods are not in NEW resalable condition, a negotiated credit or no credit shall be issued. If merchandise is damaged, deformed, or has been installed, the return will be refused. Retrieval or shipping of these items will be at the expense of the property owner. Damaged goods will not be accepted. Items that are damaged in transit shall not be accepted.
- No returns, refunds or credits will be issued on special order items.
A 10% restocking fee of the full item purchase price will be deducted all returns not due to our error. Refunds are issued as in-store credit to the purchasing account.
There is no refund for any shipping charges on returned items.
DEFECTIVE or INCORRECT PRODUCT
We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to manufacturing and/or workmanship. Photos of defective item must be provided via email or text message.
Defective items must be reported to HARD Motorsport no more than 30 days after delivery.
HARD Motorsport is not responsible for incorrect vehicle fitment. It is the buyers responsibility to confirm vehicle fitment before purchase.
Fulfillment errors resulting in the shipment of incorrect product should be reported immediately. Defective or incorrect parts will be exchanged upon receipt of the returned part at our expense. Please inspect your merchandise upon delivery to detect any possible issues. Issues discovered outside of the 15 day window may be offered discounted replacment. It is important to inspect your items upon delivery for accuracy.
LATE DELIVERY OF THE CARRIER
We are NOT responsible for late delivery of the carrier nor will file a claim with any carrier to refund your shipping cost due to the lateness of the package for any reason.
SHIPPING / RECEIPT OF GOODS
We will do our best to ship all orders within 4 Business Days of Original Order date unless otherwise notified. Backorder fullfilment and shipping will occur as soon as product is made available. HARD Motorsport cannot be held responsible for backorder delays or make guarantees of availability or product delivery.
HARD Motorsport reserves the right to ship items with any selected carrier. Orders may ship without the requirement of signature authorization unless otherwise requested by the buyer. If requested, the buyer agrees to pay any additional charges for such service. Items delivered to the buyers indicated shipping address, without signature authorization, becomes the property of the buyer. Any such incidence that occurs after delivery is the sole responsibility of the buyer. HARD Motorsport cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen items once delivered to the buyer. Your use of this site to purchase product indicates your acceptance and full understanding of these terms.
DAMAGED PRODUCT
For products that are damaged during shipping, you must file a claim with the shipping provider. A resolution will be completed by the shipping company. Defective Products: See above. We can help with the damage claim process. No refunds will be issued for property damaged in transit after departing our facility without resolution from the damage claim and reimbursement from the shipping company.
FAILED DELIVERY
HARD Motorsport cannot be held responsible for failed delivery of orders due to address error, delivery restrictions, unclaimed by the recipient, unpaid duties and fees, or unsuccessful shipment notifications and updates. These determinations are made by the couriers and are beyond the control and influence of HARD Motorsport. Undelivered packages/items remain the property of the buyer even if the courier holds unclaimed/undelivered items. The buyer may request to arrange re-shipment at their expense, or may request to initiate a return. Returns are subject to restocking fees and will be treated the same as other returned shipments.
