Rally Road High Flow Oil Cooler Thermostat
Rally Road now offers a high flow in-line oil cooler thermostat to compliment Rally Road Oil Cooler Caps. This thermostat comes complete with 4 fittings.
Valve begins to open at 71C (160 F) and is fully open by 81C (178F)
Design features include:

-10AN o-ring ports to provide a leak free fittings without the use of Teflon tape or sealant used by other oil cooler thermostats.

Oil Pressure Sensor Port (1/8" NPT).

Oil Temperature Sensor Port (1/8" NPT).

Billet Aluminum Construction, black anodized.

Installs easily in-line between the Oil Cooler Cap and your Oil Cooler.
- Threaded mounting holes to secure the thermostat if required.
TIP:
Pre-filling your external oil system will help prevent seal/gasket failure that may occur if attempting to "overfill" your engine capacity to account for your additional oil volume.
For convenience during pre-filling, you can put together this kit:
1x Fluid Transfer Pump from Summit Racing, Harbor Freight (or similar)
2x -8AN* to 1/2" hose adapters from Summit Racing (or similar)
*use -10AN fitting if using -10AN cooler lines and fittings.
Construct an in/out flow kit to aid in removing your old oil and pre-filling with fresh oil during service.
